What This Program Is

Secure the Offer is a performance mentorship — built for the weeks before and during your IB internship.

It starts before day one, so you don’t walk in guessing what “good” looks like. And it continues on the desk, when pressure is real, feedback is blunt, and small mistakes compound fast.

Most candidates prepare obsessively to get the internship — then improvise once they’re in. This program exists for the part that actually decides your outcome: how you perform, how you’re perceived, and whether the team wants you back.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll work with me to prepare properly, execute reliably, and position yourself as a clear return-offer candidate — not someone who is merely "doing fine".

Who this course is for

How The 10 Weeks Are Structured

  The mentorship follows a clear, outcome-driven progression. It mirrors how interns are evaluated in real Swiss IB teams: prepare properly before day one, execute cleanly under pressure, then convert performance into a return offer.

Pre-Internship Readiness & Foundations (Weeks 1–2)

Install the right behaviours, communication habits, and expectations before you ever sit at your desk.

  • Learn how interns actually fail — and how to avoid early reputation damage 
  • Master task intake, email structure, delay messaging, and update discipline 
  • Practice real-world communication via sanitized email and slide drills 
  • Enter day one calm, prepared, and operational

On-the-Desk Execution & Reliability (Weeks 3–7) 

Become a safe pair of hands who delivers clean work and does not need to be managed.
  • Build trust through speed, accuracy, and clean revision loops
  • Learn to manage workload, pressure, and conflicting priorities
  •  Improve slide quality, communication under stress, and execution consistency 
  • Develop analyst-level habits that reduce comments and increase responsibility

Visibility, Differentiation & Offer Conversion (Weeks 8–10)

Shift perception from “solid intern” to “clear return-offer candidate”.

  • Navigate team dynamics, visibility, and informal feedback
  • Position improvements and contributions without self-promotion
  • Prepare for evaluation conversations and final decision-making
  • Lock in sponsor support and avoid last-minute offer killers
