Why Coaching
My online courses give you the foundation. Coaching is where we apply it directly to you. Every candidate is different — background, CV gaps, interview style, confidence, timing. The coaching programs are designed to remove blind spots, accelerate progress, and give you clear, honest feedback based on how Swiss IB recruiters and interviewers think. I offer targeted execution rather than generic advice — focused on your profile, your timing, and your specific gaps.

Putting Things Into Perspective
A first-year Investment Banking Analyst in Switzerland earns a base salary of CHF 120k+, with bonuses pushing total compensation beyond CHF 150k in year one. Internships are paid as well — usually CHF 4k+ per month, depending on bank and role.
Investment banking is a high-paying career — provided you get in and perform. The coaching programs are designed to help you cross that gap with a clear gameplan and proven systems.
The Coaching Path
Start where you are. Upgrade when ready.
(50% of all money paid on previous coaching programs is credited toward the next level.)
How The Upgrade System Works
This allows you to progress step by step — without overcommitting upfront.
Meet Your Coach
As a former UBS Large Cap Associate, I’ve recruited candidates, staffed teams, trained interns, and decided who received return offers.
I built from scratch and held a 10-week intern development program at UBS, taught and coached students from HSG and Bocconi, and now I focus on helping motivated candidates break into Swiss Investment Banking.
Direct. Structured. Practical.
