Before You Reach Out

How fast will I hear back?
I read every message myself, usually within a couple of working days. Detailed coaching questions can take a little longer, since I answer them properly rather than with a template.
What should I include in my message?
Where you are in your studies or career, what you're targeting, and the specific thing you're stuck on. The more concrete you are, the sharper the answer I can give you.
Is NeverBanked only for Switzerland?
The coaching and market specifics are built around Swiss Investment Banking. The recruiting, networking, and technical frameworks transfer broadly, but the edge is in the Swiss-market detail.
Which stage should I start with?
Stage 1 if you're applying and not getting responses. Stage 2 if you have interviews coming up. Stage 3 if you've landed the internship and want the full-time offer. If you're unsure, start with the free IB Starter Guide or send me a message.
I'm already a NeverBanked customer. Can I still reach you?
Yes. Use the same email and mention what you've purchased so I have the context. Existing customers get priority on follow-up questions.
