Is this only for Switzerland?

The mentorship is designed and optimized around Swiss Investment Banking teams. The execution standards, communication principles, and performance frameworks apply equally to London and other European markets. Non-Swiss internships are assessed case by case.

Do I need to have already started my internship?

No. In fact, the program works best when you join before your Investment Banking internship starts, so we can prepare properly. If your internship has already started, that’s no issue — we assess case by case.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

On average, 1–2 hours per week for calls, preparation, and follow-ups. The goal is to guide execution where it matters most, not to overload you.

Is this a replacement for performing well on the job?

No. The mentorship doesn’t replace doing the work. It helps you understand what good looks like, avoid costly mistakes, and improve faster through structured feedback.

Do you guarantee a return offer?

No — and that’s intentional. Return offers are driven primarily by your performance, but also by team culture, individual personalities, and headcount. What I guarantee is direct, honest coaching that materially increases your odds.

Can I take Thrive as an Intern without an internship yet?

Yes — many students take it early to feel confident going into recruiting and interviews. It also opens the door to apply for the Secure the Offer mentorship.

How long do I have access?

All courses come with lifetime access — including future updates. Coaching and mentoring programs are limited to the scope and timeline outlined in the Service Agreement.

Is there a refund policy?
