What This Program Is

A 1:1 mock interview that runs the same way real Swiss IB interviewers do — same structure, same depth, same pressure — followed by direct feedback on what to fix before the next round.

Nail the Interview is a focused 60-minute session built around the gap that breaks candidates late in the cycle: they know the content but break on structure, clarity, or delivery. By the time they realise it, the interview is over.

The session covers your spoken elevator pitch, a behavioural block, and a technical block — all run as a real interview. I take notes the way an interviewer does. We then debrief: what worked, what to fix, and a concrete plan for the next interview round. You also receive lifetime access to the Ready to Apply pack and the How IB Ticks course for ongoing reference.

The session is calibrated for candidates who already have an interview lined up or expect one soon. It is the final layer of preparation, the one closest to performance — and the one that decides whether the work you put in shows up in the room.

How the Session Works

Three stages. The same logic Swiss IB interviewers use.

The session is structured to mirror a real Swiss IB interview round, end to end. You prepare, we run the mock at full intensity, then we debrief and turn the feedback into a clear plan for the next round.

STAGE 1

Pre-Session Preparation

Before the Call

You receive the Ready to Apply pack and the How IB Ticks course on signing. Before the session, you complete the IB Key Traits worksheet and rehearse your elevator pitch using the guidelines in the pack. The goal is to walk in fully warmed up.

  • Complete the IB Key Traits worksheet for high-impact stories
  • Review the relevant How IB Ticks modules
  • Submit any specific firms or roles you are interviewing for
  • Show up like you would for a real first-round interview

STAGE 2

The Live Mock Interview

60 Minutes

A full mock run at real interview intensity. Spoken elevator pitch first, then a behavioural block on motivation and key traits, then a technical block calibrated to your level. I push back the way an interviewer does.

Final Block

Immediate, structured feedback. Where you came across well, where you broke down, and the two or three highest-leverage fixes for the next round. We end with a concrete plan, not a list of vague suggestions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for candidates targeting Switzerland?
The coaching is calibrated for Swiss IB interviews because that is where the direct experience lies. The structure, answer frameworks, and performance standards transfer cleanly to other European markets — London, Frankfurt, Paris. Non-Swiss candidates are assessed case by case during the application process.
Do you guarantee that I will get a job offer?
No, and that is intentional. Interview outcomes depend on multiple factors: your performance on the day, interviewer expectations, competition, and sometimes simple timing or headcount. What I commit to is honest, direct feedback based on real experience as a recruiter, interviewer, and associate. The goal is to materially improve how you perform — not to promise outcomes that depend on factors outside anyone's control.
Can I do this without prior coaching or NeverBanked products?
Yes. Prior coaching is not required. If foundations are missing, we cover them quickly so the mock is as effective as possible. You also receive lifetime access to the Ready to Apply pack and the How IB Ticks course, which fill any gaps before or after the session.
When do I need to book the session?
Within 60 days of signing the service agreement. The session itself can be scheduled at a time that fits around your interview window. A common pattern is to run the mock 5–10 days before a real interview round.
Are add-ons available if I need more time?
Yes. An extended 90-minute session is +CHF 100, and an additional 45-minute mock is +CHF 297. Request availability and a payment link via email or WhatsApp once the first session is booked.
What if I've already purchased other NeverBanked products?
You should have received a personal coupon code equal to your previous purchase value. In addition, 50% of all previous coaching payments are credited toward higher-tier programs like Secure the Offer or Unlock Swiss IB if you upgrade.
Is there a refund policy?
No. The program is non-refundable: performance begins immediately on signing through scheduling, materials review, and resource access. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice, and a no-show without notice forfeits the session. The full terms are in the service agreement, signed before payment.
