Service Agreement - Unlock Swiss IB
Program: Unlock Swiss IB
Total Fee: CHF 3,000 upfront + CHF 3,000 success-based fee upon signing a Qualifying Offer (as defined below).
The upfront fee of CHF 3,000 is payable as a one-time payment and is due immediately upon execution of this Service Agreement.
A “Qualifying Offer” shall mean a signed offer for either (i) a full-time investment banking analyst role or (ii) an internship position with a bank, boutique or advisory firm included in the jointly maintained target firm list titled Swiss IB and Boutique Landscape_TRACKER (the “Tracker”), provided that such offer is signed within 24 months of execution of this Service Agreement.
The success-based fee of CHF 3,000 becomes payable upon signing a Qualifying Offer for a full-time role.
Contingency Structure – Internship Pathway:
While the primary objective of the program is securing a full-time IB offer directly, in the event that the client first secures a Qualifying Offer for an internship, the success-based fee will be structured as follows:
• CHF 1,500 becomes payable upon signing a Qualifying Offer for an internship.
• The remaining CHF 1,500 becomes payable upon signing a Qualifying Offer for a full-time role.
The client agrees, in good faith, to notify the mentor as soon as reasonably practicable after signing any internship or full-time offer that may be relevant to this agreement.
Background & Service Package:
This agreement formalizes the comprehensive 10-week mentorship program discussed during our goal-setting call and outlined in the separate document shared titled "Unlock Swiss IB_Program overview" ("Program Overview"). The Program Overview is incorporated by reference and forms part of this agreement.

Digital access does not include additional 1:1 sessions beyond the structured 10-week mentorship.
B. 10-Week Structured Mentorship:
The 10-week structure outlined below reflects the general framework of the program. The mentor retains discretion to adapt sequencing, focus areas, and session content based on the client’s progress, interview timing, and market developments.
- Weekly 1:1 calls over 10 weeks, with an intensive kickoff session, a midpoint mock interview, and a final strategic review, as described in the Program Overview.

- Week 5: Midpoint Mock & Strategic Reset
- Week 6: Curated Warm Introductions (Performance-Based). Introductions are discretionary and performance-based; responses, referrals, interviews and outcomes are not guaranteed. The mentor retains sole discretion over whether and when introductions are facilitated.
- Week 7: Advanced Interview Positioning

- Bounded WhatsApp Support: Limited support for short, program-related questions between calls. Not intended for lengthy consulting, document reviews, or urgent employer matters. Excessive or out-of-scope usage may be redirected to scheduled calls.
Full Program Outline: You will receive a detailed week-by-week playbook containing all trackers, assignments, frameworks, as detailed in the program overview provided.
Client Responsibilities:
- Program Start: You must schedule your Week 1 call within 90 days of signing this agreement. The 10-week program will commence on the date of your Week 1 call.
- Active Engagement: Actively complete assigned preparation work as outlined in the Program Overview between sessions and provide honest updates on your progress.
- Material Requests: Additional resources may be provided at the mentor’s discretion as relevant to the client’s stage and performance.
- Use of WhatsApp Support: You agree to use the WhatsApp support channel in accordance with its defined purpose in the dedicated section above.
- Confidentiality: You agree to treat all strategies, templates, and materials provided by NeverBanked as confidential and for your personal use only, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions (GTC). You must not share any confidential, proprietary, or insider information from your employer or bank.
Important Legal Notes:
- Performance & Refunds: By signing this agreement, you are formally engaging NeverBanked as your dedicated mentor. Performance begins immediately upon signing through provision of digital access and preparatory administrative work. The 10-week mentorship is activated upon your Week 1 call. The upfront program fee is non-refundable.
- Program Activation: The 10-week mentorship is activated upon your Week 1 call, which must be scheduled within 90 days of signing. The program must then be completed consecutively.
- Intellectual Property: All provided materials remain the intellectual property of NeverBanked and are licensed for your personal use only.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the mentorship.
- No Guarantee of Outcome: The client acknowledges that recruitment outcomes depend on market conditions, performance, and third-party decisions. No job offer, interview, referral, or specific result is guaranteed.

- The complete service terms, payment schedule, and client responsibilities outlined above.
- The NeverBanked Terms & Conditions (GTC) and Privacy Policy.
- The non-refundable nature of the upfront program fee.
- That performance begins immediately upon signing this agreement.
