Service Agreement - Secure the Offer Program

This agreement formalizes the comprehensive 10-week mentorship program discussed during our goal-setting call.

Service Package Includes:
As your dedicated mentor, you receive lifetime access to the complete NeverBanked resource library and a structured 10-week program:

A. Lifetime Digital Access:
✓ All Online Courses: Including How IB Ticks, Master the Technicals, Thrive as an Intern, and future releases.
✓ All Coaching Program Materials: Including the Ready to Apply Pack, Get the Interview, Nail the Interview programs, and all bonus resource libraries.

B. 10-Week Structured Mentorship:
A weekly guided program during your internship, including:

  • Week 1: Foundations & Expectations Call (30–45 min)
  • Week 2: Systems & Readiness Call (15–20 min)
  • Weeks 3-5: Weekly Progress & Strategy Calls (15–20 min each)
  • Week 6: Midpoint Strategy & Alignment Call (30–45 min)
  • Weeks 7-9: Weekly Progress & Strategy Calls (15–20 min each)
  • Week 10: Final Strategy & Offer Conversion Call (30–45 min)
  • Personalized Templates, Scripts, and Checklists for each week (e.g., Task Intake Script, Communication Checklists, KPIs).
  • Bounded WhatsApp Support: You will have access to a WhatsApp channel for urgent, time-sensitive guidance on applying the program’s frameworks to immediate internship situations. This support is intended for brief, situational advice and is not for lengthy consulting or sharing of confidential data. For issues requiring deeper discussion, we may recommend a more appropriate forum. We reserve the right to redirect or decline messages that are excessive, out of scope, or violate confidentiality. Support is offered during Swiss business hours in good faith.

Full Program Outline: You will receive a detailed week-by-week playbook containing all assignments (e.g., email and slide drills), behavioural frameworks, and the final offer conversion strategy, as detailed in the program overview provided.

Client Responsibilities: 

  • Program Start: You must schedule your Week 1 call within 90 days of signing this agreement. The 10-week program will then commence based on that start date.
  • Active Engagement: Actively complete assigned preparation work between sessions and provide honest updates on your progress.
  • Material Requests: To receive specific bonus resources or program materials beyond Secure the Offer, you must request them via email. They will be provided as relevant to your current program phase.
  • Use of WhatsApp Support: You agree to use the WhatsApp support channel in accordance with its defined purpose in the dedicated section above.
  • Confidentiality: You agree to treat all strategies, templates, and materials provided by NeverBanked as confidential and for your personal use only, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions (GTC). You must not share any confidential, proprietary, or insider information from your employer or bank. 

Important Legal Notes: 

  • Performance & Refunds: By signing this agreement, you are formally engaging NeverBanked as your dedicated mentor. Performance begins immediately upon signing through the provision of lifetime digital access and preparatory administrative work for your mentorship. The structured 10-week call schedule is activated upon your Week 1 call. This program is non-refundable. 
  • Program Activation: The 10-week mentorship is activated upon your Week 1 call, which must be scheduled within 90 days of signing. The program must then be completed consecutively.
  • Intellectual Property: All provided materials remain the intellectual property of NeverBanked and are licensed for your personal use only.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the mentorship.

Agreement:
By typing your full name below and submitting this form, you confirm this constitutes your electronic signature and your agreement to be legally bound by:

  1. The complete service terms, payment schedule, and client responsibilities outlined above.
  2. The NeverBanked Terms & Conditions (GTC) and Privacy Policy.
  3. The non-refundable nature of this program.
  4. That performance begins immediately upon signing this agreement.
