Background & Service Package:
This agreement formalizes the coaching program discussed and agreed upon during our goal-setting call.

Service Package Includes:
✓ Written Document Review (1 Round): Detailed feedback on your CV, Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile, and written elevator pitch.
✓ Online Course Access: Lifetime access to "How IB Ticks".
✓ Personalized Feedback Report: A consolidated PDF summarizing key strengths, weaknesses, and priority fixes.
✓ Ready to Apply Pack: A 20+ page guide with recruiting checklists, templates, and best practices.
✓ Delivery Timeline: The document review will be delivered within 10 working days of receiving your complete document set.

Optional Additional Services:

  • Additional Document Review Round: CHF 75 per document.
    Process: To request an additional review of a revised document, reply to your feedback email attaching the new version with the request for an "Additional Review - [Document Name]". You will receive a secure payment link. The 10-working day review period begins after payment is confirmed.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly study & implement the Ready to Apply guidelines before submitting your documents.
  • Provide all documents for review in PDF format.
  • Submit any questions or clarification requests within 48 hours of receiving feedback.
  • Confidentiality: You agree to treat all strategies, templates, and materials provided by NeverBanked as confidential and for your personal use only, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions (GTC). You must not share any confidential, proprietary, or insider information from your employer or bank.
  • Add-on services are separate and subject to the same Terms & Conditions.

Important Legal Notes:

  • By signing this agreement, you are formally instructing NeverBanked to begin the preparatory work for your personalized document review. Performance begins immediately upon signing, including but not limited to administrative preparation, review of submitted materials, scheduling, and access to resources.
  • Additional review rounds are separate services subject to the same Terms & Conditions.

  1. The specific service terms outlined above.
  2. The NeverBanked Terms & Conditions (GTC) and Privacy Policy.
  3. The non-refundable nature of this program.
  4. That performance of the paid service begins immediately upon signing this agreement.
